By using the AA Auto Glass website or scheduling our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

Services

AA Auto Glass provides auto glass repair and replacement services including windshield replacement, chip and crack repair, side and rear window replacement, and ADAS recalibration in the Ogden, UT area. Service availability is subject to scheduling, parts availability, and weather conditions. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.

Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments are confirmed by phone or email. We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. For mobile service appointments, please ensure a level, accessible surface is available. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, parts unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing is provided as an estimate prior to service. Final costs may vary based on vehicle type, glass specifications, or additional work required. Payment is due upon completion of service. For insurance claims, we bill your insurer directly. Any deductible or uncovered amount is the responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Insurance Claims

By providing your insurance information, you authorize AA Auto Glass to submit a claim to your insurance provider on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your policy covers the requested service. We are not liable for claim denials, coverage disputes, or delays caused by your insurance provider.

Warranty

AA Auto Glass provides a lifetime warranty on workmanship for all installations. This warranty covers defects in installation such as leaks, wind noise, or adhesive failure caused by our work. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, road debris, vandalism, improper use, or pre-existing vehicle conditions. Glass breakage after installation is not covered under this warranty.

Limitation of Liability

AA Auto Glass is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
